Ecom Savior is an official Shopify Partner providing custom Shopify app development (public App Store apps and private apps), Shopify and Shopify Plus storefront builds, and related integration work. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
Our apps and store builds operate on Shopify, a third-party platform we do not control. Your use of Shopify, the Shopify App Store, and any Shopify billing is governed by Shopify's own terms of service, which apply in addition to these terms.
Custom work built for a client under a paid engagement is owned by that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ecom Savior retains ownership of its own public apps (including Savior's Dynamic Discounts and Customer's Products Manager), pre-existing tools, and any general-purpose code or components not built specifically for a client.
Payment terms are set out in each project proposal. Custom development work is typically billed via deposit and milestone payments; public app subscriptions are billed directly through Shopify. Work may pause if payment is overdue.
Ecom Savior is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, apps, or services, including losses caused by third-party platform outages or changes outside our control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
